The battery appears to no longer charge when it is plugged and being used (i.e. streaming radio). This wasn't the case before and needs to be fixed. The battery should be able to charge and use the AC power if it is plugged in.

I haven't heard from anyone else having this issue but I will be sure to look into this in order to let Apple know.
Does this happen when you are plugged in using the wall charger or USB charger plugged into the computer or both?
If I am correct, you have the iPhone 4 and you have recently upgraded to iOS5. Please let me know if that is the case or not.
