Incredible 2 is stuck in battery save mode. Restarting, etc does not seem to help. Any ideas?

I'm so sorry for the trouble this has been causing! Lets get to the bottom of this! My first recommendation is to enable safe mode (steps http://bit.ly/W0IQS2) to see if the rebooting stops. This step will disable all 3rd party apps, therein letting us know if a 3rd party app was the cause for the battery mode/rebooting. If necessary, an alternative hard reset (steps http://bit.ly/VXb1R3) to allow the phone to return to its factory settings. It is best to ensure your personal contacts and calendar are backed up to Google before resetting. Keep me posted of the progress!
