Blank Texts

When I send texts they are frequently received blank although the receiver knows the texts originated from me. It indicates the texts were sent. I receive texts without a problem. The blank sent texts issue occurs frequently and randomly and then begins working correctly.

I have cleared cache but this doesn't solve the problem. Actually, I have no idea what solves the problem, the texts just start working for a period of time and then begin sending blank again. oy vey!

Try doing a hard reset on the device.

A hard reset can also be performed remotely via the Admin Portal website. Refer to Hard Reset - Admin Portal for further assistance.

Performing a hard reset will remove ALL data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings, and downloaded applications. Only perform this reset if absolutely necessary. Preferred method Alternate method Preferred method From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).   Touch Settings.   Touch Privacy.   Touch Factory Data Reset.   Touch Reset Phone. If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern.   Touch Erase Everything.    Alternate method Press and hold the Power button.   Touch Power off.   Press and hold the Home key+Power button simultaneuously.   From the Recovery screen (exclamation point with an android figure), press the Search key.   Touch wipe data/factory reset then touch Ok (located in the lower-left). If the touch screen is not functioning, utilize the Volume keys (up / down) to highlight and the Camera key to select.   Touch Yes -- delete all user data then touch Ok. Allow the factory reset process to complete (approximately 1 minute).   Ensure reboot system now is highlighted then touch Ok.

I've occasionally sent blank text messages because of my touching a wrong button.  I.e., OPERATOR ERROR.
