Blockbuster On Demand Issues

I have finally been able to download a rental from Blockbuster On Demand.  I tried playing it and the video is slower than the audio.  Has anyone else had issues with this?  If so how do I fix it?  I have until 9:30 CST tuesday to finish watching the rental and I'd like to watch it at least once. Thanks.

It's possible that you have too many tasks running.

You may want to shutdown or kill off using the Droid task manager application before watching the movie.

Could you please update your post and let us know what did and/or did not work? Could it simply be a corrupt download, in which case deleting it and downloading again might work (if Blockbuster allows this). Is the gap between video and audio consistent? Does it change during different movie scences? What is the gap between video and audio? These details could help diagnose the problem.

 

I look forward to watching movies, in part through the blockbuster app. I take it you signed up for VCast Video? Can you tell us the details of what does and does not work when you try to watch the blockbuster movie? I would try myself, but not until Verizon at least tries to solve the low volume problem. My speaker volume is so low that I do not think I could appreciate watching a movie on my Droid X - which is a shame given that great screen.
