Blocking/Unblocking Texts

Hey guys. I just got a Driod Incredible a week or two ago. I love it!

Anyway, I was wondering..

If I decide to block a person's number from texting me, if/when I unblock them, can I then receive any messages they tried to send me while blocked?

What will the person I'm blocking see when they try to send me a text? Will it appear as if sent? Or reject their texts? Or what?

To them I believe they see nothing different. As their system will have sent the message to Verizon, to them the process was completed as it did arrive at Verizon, it just did not go any further.

If VZW to VZW, I am not sure, but I have someone blocked who is a VZW customer, she has not sent an email complaining...
