my droid will pair with another bluetooth devise but it won't connect. From what I understand it is a problem with the updated software. Is there a fix for this??
I have provided some steps below that may help.
Step 1 – Program the device
-Dial *228 send
-Press option 1 once the automated system asks.
-Wait 45 seconds for programming successful.
Step 2 – Soft reset
-Power the device off
-Remove the battery for 20 seconds
-Place the battery back in
-Power the device back on
Step 3 – Reset the Bluetooth application
-Press menu
-Select Settings
-Select Applications
-Select Manage Applications
-Select All
-Select Bluetooth Share
-Clear Data
Step 4 – Turn Bluetooth On
Step 5 – Put the device into discovery mode, and repair the device.
