are both your bluetooth items detectable? If they are, are they paired? First you must make them detectable. Once this is done, you must pair them. The password you must give is usually 0000. Once they are paired, they will "see" eachother and you shouldn't have to pair them again.

reset your Bluetooth headset.(varies between models).  Once that is complete try to pair the devices together.

Anyone have difficulty pairing their phone with a printer at a photo kiosk? Mine goes into discovery mode, but when I try to pair it asks for a password? Which password? Don't recall setting a password, so this is confusing. Although many kiosks say they are not compatible with some bluetooth enabled devices.

The password is usually 0000 (four zeros), unless you have changed it.

I have the Samsung Envoy and am trying to send a bluetooth message to my T-Mobile phone. I was told that Verizon will only pair with other Verizon phones, is this true .... did I make a mistake going with Verizon? I don't have this problem pairing my T-Mobile to my son's CricKet phone.
