My Motorola Droid's Bluetooth will pair with my laptop's bluetooth but will not connect. I tried to pair with an HTC Droid but the HTC said that my phone was preventing it from connecting. Anybody else having similar problems?

Are you connecting following the steps below? If not can u please inform us how you are connecting to make sure that is not the problem causing the Bluetooth not to connect to your lap top. These are the steps that I retrieved from Motorola's web site http://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/51560/kw/bluetooth/p/30%2C6720%2C...
Turn on and connect to a Bluetooth device
To turn on Bluetooth and connect a Bluetooth hands-free headset or car kit:
- On the Home screen, press the Menu key.
- Tap Settings
Tap Wireless & networks
Touch Bluetooth to turn it On
- Touch Bluetooth settings
Touch Scan for devices (make sure your headset is in pairing mode).
- Your phone scans for available Bluetooth devices
- Touch the Bluetooth device to select it
- Type the PIN if needed (PIN is usually 0000)
- Touch the device name again to connect to it.

I'm having the same problem. I can pair with my Samsung netbook, but it won't connect. And yes, I followed the instructions exactly. This is a new problem since the Froyo update.
