Boost Volume

I have the ringer volume up as loud as it will go. Is there any way, by any means, to boost it up so it is louder? My hearing is not the best and I am struggling at times to hear the ringer. Thanks!

As an update for people complaining about the volume besides me...lol. I found out by using the following link that Motorola is contemplating an update to address all the complaints regarding ALL volume.
