Good morning! I would like to offer assistance, first by asking a few clarifying questions.
You mention 'ringer/voice', so do you find the volume low when the phone rings and when you are talking on it? Is the volume low for the other person you're speaking with, or just on your end? Are you using a Bluetooth or wired headset during the phone calls? Also, do you have a case on your phone? Have had the same experience when listening to music on the device?
Last, when you check the volume under 'Settings>Sound>Volume, are each of the categories up all the way? Like Alarm, Ringtone, Media and Notification. I want to make sure none of these are too low or on silent.
