I recently broke my Incredible 2 and I want to switch phones to an old Verizon Blackberry but I can't find an area that says 'Switch or Activate Phones' on MyVerizon. Can anyone help with this problem?

When you sign in, look at the second section, under the heading "Device," it should say "Activate or Switch Device." It will guide you through the switch, but post back if you have more questions.
