Broken LCD, repair/replace?

I'll be honest: I dropped my phone in water for a short period of time, immediately removed the battery, sucked water out of the speaker grill out from between the two screens, put it in a bag of rice for more than a day, and found out it boots, plays through the speaker, touchscreen works, may or may not charge, and the inner LCD doesn't work.
That little red sticker voids my warranty that only has 2 months left on it anyway, so what will it cost to have Verizon/motorola change the LCD and possibly the USB port?

If you've got insurance, this should be covered. I can't remember off the top of my head what the deductible is. $50? $100?
Or another option is to go to one of those phone repair stores (like in malls or something like that) However, I have found those to be fairly pricey. I got quoted for a broken outter EnV2 screen the other day - $75 JUST for that screen to be replaced. I can't imagine how much a DX screen would cost.
