Browser won't autorotate?

This started on my wife's phone before the update. After installing the update it still won't. Any ideas on how to fix this. I have checked the settings. I haved checked and unchecked the box but nothing has changed.

Try doing a soft reset...
If that doesn't work tech services will suggest you do a hard reset (menu>settings>privacy>factory reset.
The accelorometer could be out as well.

And did you also check browser>settings>landscape only ???

I've done a soft reset. I've removed the battery. I don't see the landscape setting. Where is that under settings? I have only changed the auto-rotate a few times.

Browser > menu > settings >lanscape only (checkmark)
