Is it possible that Verizon could actually help a customer with a problem without saying " you signed a contract, rt? "sorry, you'll have to wait your 2 years" ( BTW, thank you Claudia for that help) So Verizon gets my $240, a single mom who is losing herhouse and has not worked in a year. Why did I ever leave A T & T.
I was lied to by a Verizon store that added a 3rd line telling me that I wouldn't be charged for it. I'm being charged over $10 a month for the next 2 years ($240) for a phone that doesn't exist because someone in Verizon store at closing time wanted to sell me an iPhone that I didn't need. All I wanted to do was have them fix the new cell phone that stopped working. Thanks Verizon, great customer service. I will not be coming back.
