My Bionic loses some (not all) appointments. The appointments disappear - sometimes within seconds and sometimes after a few minutes. the Level 3 guys at Motorola can't figure it out yet. Does anyone here have a solution?

Thanks. I enter them on the phone because I make the appointments while
away from the office. In fact, that's why I have the phone. I used
Day-Timers for over 20 years. I guess I should not have moved to hi-tech!

My wife's calendar is doing the same thing. Also, if she tries to delete future occurrences of a recurring event, they just keep coming back....

Hello cvanavery,
I know this can be a bit annoying for your wife and I would like to help. I suggest completely restoring the device via a factory reset. This will erase everything, so please back up first. You can complete this step by following the visuals here http://bit.ly/JEyr9B Please let me know if you need any additional assistance. Thank you.
