Hello Susanver. I have read your post and understand your concern with Google Calendar. When you first go to enter a new appointment on the device, scroll down and you will see a setting called "Calendar". Click right, and it will allow you to select which calendar you are saving the appointment on (My Calendar (the default), GCal (shown as your gmail email address). If you change it to GCal, the appointment will sync as desired.

The Calendar on your Droid can sync with 2 main sources--Google Calendar and Outlook. If you bring up your Droid Calendar and hit Menu->More->Calendars, you can see a list of the various calendars that have been sync'd with your phone. They'll be listed under two main categories: your Google account and "PC Sync." The latter is the calendar on your desktop (probably Outlook) that syncs any time you plug your Droid in with the USB cable. If you only want to view the calendars from your Google account, then uncheck the PC Sync box.
The calendars listed under your Google account should be the same as the ones you have in your Google Calendar. If you don't see all of them, then hit Menu->Add Calendars, and you should be able to find them all.
Your calendars should be updated any time your Sync All.

Chances are that you added the Google Calendar to your Gmail account AFTER you added that Gmail account to your phone. To get the Google Calendar to show up for a particular Gmail account, you should add the account to your phone AFTER setting up Google Calendar and linking it to the Gmail account. Your remedy here is simple:
1) Remove the Gmail account from your phone in Setttings... Accounts & sync.
2) Link your Google Calendar to that Gmail account (but it sounds like you've already done this, so skip this step).
3) Add the Gmail account back to your phone.
You should now have the "Sync Calendar" option listed for that Gmail account.
