Call quality sucks

I'm very dissappointed with my call quality.  People I call can't hear me well enough to carry on a good conservation and I in turn have issues hearing them.   I have tried the 228 andd 778 approach but nothing helps.  Any other suggestions?

Hello Corvette99,

 

I definitely understand having audio issues can be a bit frustrating.  Does the audio sound better if you use speakerphone?  Are you using any type of bluetooth?    If so, how is the quality without the bluetooth?  If you are not using a bluetooth try navigating to Settings>Call Settings>Check Voice Privacy at the bottom>Remove battery and retest.  If you are still unsuccessful at this point I would complete a factory reset by going to Settings>Privacy>Factory Reset>Reset Phone>Erase Everything.  Please keep in mind this will erase everything from the phone so back up prior if desired.  Please let me know if you need further assistance with the information above included as well.  Thank you.
