I have a Droid Incredible 2 and all my contacts are in my phone, but when I get a call or text message from one of my contacts, it doesn't give me the name of the person who is calling. I have looked all over to see if I haven't checked a called ID button but I cannot find anything. Can someone help me with this?

There are a few things that may cause the Caller ID not to show correctly. First, try rebooting the phone. Press and hold the power button & restart. Next, make sure your contacts are saved as 10 digits in the phone. When a call comes in, the phone will recognize it as 10 digits, not 7 or 11, so make sure the numbers match. Test to see if the phone is showing the names now. If you have any further issues, let us know.
