I'm having problems with my camera on my HTC Droid Incredible 2. I open it, and it will only show me a black, blank screen. Is there any way that I can resolve this?
Hi PhonestarMG!Lets take a look at this camera with you! Are you using any 3rd party camera/photo taking applications? First, lets remove the battery while the phone is on. Leave it out for 20-30 seconds then insert and power back on. After, open the camera and try to take a photo. Please remove any 3rd party camera apps if there are any. PhonestarMG , using the camera is very important because we capture the most precious moments with our phones. Is your phone damaged?
