Whenever I take a picture and then touch to view it bigger the screen goes black and I have to restart the phone in order to use it. It also does this when I go to view my pictures from a different area on the phone. Anyone else having this problem and if so found a solution for it?

My son had the same problem. After calling technical support and performing numerous steps (including a hard reset) it was determined that the phone needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, there is now a backorder issue and the replacement will not ship until at least August 3
