Camera problems

The camera on my D2 stopped working. At first the app wouldn't open, then after several tries- the camera works but doesn't load the picture into a file??? Every picture taken produces an empty file. Any ideas? Thanks

Battery pull and then factory reset.

Try doing a reset on your device.Hope this helps!

From the home screen, touch the applications tab(located at the bottom of the display).
Touch Settings.
Touch Privacy.
Touch Factory Data Reset.
Touch Reset Phone.
If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern.
Touch Erase Everything.
