My phone is two weeks old. Last week it started shutting off when I would take a pic. It only comes back on if I plug in the charger or reinstall the battery. I have found that when I go to my running apps the camera is sometimes still running and I have to force close it. Has anyone else seen this?
Try doing a battery pull. When your phone is powered on do not turn off the device just take the battery out for about 10 to 15 seconds and then replace the battery to see if that clears up your issue.
