Camera won't work

When Pandora in on playing or not playing my video won't work or camera won't work.I called  tech support no help. I down loaded the new 1.5 ver from pandora still hangs up my camera. need help.

I had a problem with my camera but I don't have Pandora installed.  The pictures would disappear after I took them and then suddenly the camera stopped working all together and I couldn't even access it.  The rep at VZ did a hard reset and it fixed the issue.  THere's also a link from Wildman that you can find  in the forum on the steps to follow when doing a hard reset in order to avoid conflicting issues with the 2.1 software and 2.2 update.  I'm going to try that tonight to see if the other issues I"m having get resolved if not then I'm returning my X for something else.  Good Luck

Do a factory reset on the device. I have provided the steps for the factory reset below. Before doing the factory reset I would recommend for you to back up your contacts and information. Make sure that you remove the SD card before doing the factory reset. 
 
From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).
Touch Settings.
Touch Privacy.
Touch Factory Data Reset.
Touch Reset Phone.
 If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern.
Touch Erase Everything.
