Can I revert to the old OS, before the update from yesterday?

Is it possible to undo the Gingerbread update from yesterday? The camera app is worse, with less controls, and I do not like the visual appearance. Is it possible to simply revert to the last version?

No there is no method to reverse a OS uphrade...
