Can I set a contact to no ringtone and no vibrate? (Moto Droid)

I have a couple of contacts that I want their call to go to my voicemail.  I do not want to be bothered with a ringtone or vibrate.  How can I do this?

settings

options

check the Incoming calls (send directly to voicemail)
