Can't Call Out! Or bring up People Contacts???

Brand new phone. No problems for the first couple of weeks....

Then, this morning, I am searching for a People on the Contact List and it goes off into Never-Neverland w/o a Ticket "Loading..."

Tried logging out, logging in.. nada.

So I tried to call Verizon Product Support... nada... just a blank screen - displaying on the Menu Icons on top - just locks up.

I am getting 2 to 3 bars and 3/4 power green.

I did get a recharge beep earlier this morning... and did!

Periodically I get a "Not Responding" msg and tried cancel and continue... NADA!!!

What's going on???

p.s. now I am getting nothing but a blank screen with icons at the top whevere I log in... before I had access to my apps

Okay, I got in, Powered Down the phone, Powered it Up (which I assume is a cold boot???) aand it's working...

I guess you have to periodically power it down - completely - and power it up... else it turns into Window NT 1.0!!!
