Can't answer incoming calls

When my Bionic is "asleep" and I get an incoming call, I get the handset icon, not the answer icon and it won't let me answer the call. It seems to work fine when the unit is being used and not "asleep".
Any suggestions?

When it is asleep, you need to touch the green icon and slide it to the right to answer and wake it up.

This is clinth, it won't let me post under the account I registered last night, so I had to set up another one.
What do you mean "deleted everything"?

I will try this next time I get a call and let you know the results.

I have had the same thing happen. The phone just rings and I can't do anything about it. I also had it ring once and the screen just stayed black. I had to hit the power button to get the screen to come on so I could slide the unlock slider.

Sliding the green handset icon to the right does indeed wake the phone up and answers the call.
Thanks so much for your help.
