I've had my phone since Friday and was able to change the wallpaper a few times, but now it's stuck and won't let me change it. I've tried using the ones that came on the phone and also photos that I've taken. It says it's changing it but it doesn't. Anyone have any ideas how to get it to work?
I had a similar issue. I could only change to Live Wallpaper. I solved the problem once I discovered Live Wallpaper was an app that was running. I simply stopped the App, and I could then freely change my wallpaper to anything.
I just got my phone on Thursday and ran in to this problem today! I would choose a picture and it would go back to some weird stock screen saver (no matter what type of picture I tried to choose as wallpaper). I read somewhere else about powering down the phone, so I tried that and it worked. Powering down means holding down the power button and when the little menu comes up the first one is "Power off". This turns the phone all the way off! Who knew? Then when I started it started with the last photo I had chosen as a wallpaper. Hope this helps.
I started having the same problem all of a sudden! I can't figure out how to change it. I went into running apps and the live wallpaper app wasn't running so that wasn't an issue for my phone. I just tried turning it off and just turned it back on and now it works... i'm confused why it did that.
