Can't connect! Says dial *611 but *611 wont work either! Please help!

When I try calling someone it says it can't complete the call and to dial *611 for customer service. When I do that, it gives me the same message. I logged in online and there is an option that says "UNBLOCK SIM CARD" so I clicked it, but it didn't help my situation. what can I do to get my phone working again, thanks.

Mardanlin, thanks for your inquiry. It has been a few days, so I am hoping this is resolved by now. In the future, you can try powering off your phone then removing the SIM card. If it is still not working after that, I would recommend calling technical support from a different phone at 800-922-0204, option 3.
