Search for the 10.1 versions 3 beta. Droidlife.com has it, phandroid.com, etc...

funny thing is that I remember downloading it from the market on one of the custom Froyo roms I was using.  Not sure why they pulled it off unless it wasn't ready.  Who knows.  The beta will get the job done for now though.

From your phone's browser google "adobe flash beta apk" and download.  Voila, flash is running on your phone.  *Caution*  Battery drainer!

You need to change your options in your browser to save batter. Go to browser >settings >add ons > select prompt.

The you can choose when you want flash to run on each site.
