Can't get Internet Connection on HTC Incredible... HELP!!!

I have turned on all connections as far as I can tell in order to use the internet and get e-mail, etc on my phone, but it only works at home with my router/int. connection there.

What am I doing wrong or is my phone screwed up?

My Moto DROID did not have this problem.

You getting 3G outside of your WiFi? Can you turn WiFi off in your settings? Make sure you turn the Mobile service ON, and the WiFi off and see what happens.

Hi. I understand that you are having issues with your 3G coverage. I can certainly look into this for you. Like dabubbakin recommended, try to turn your Wifi off to see if that works. If that does not work, dial *228 option 2 from your phone to update your roaming.
