All the sudden I can't hear dialing or person on the other end, unless on speaker phone. They can hear me. I've restarted, taken out battery, and checked all settings and volume controls. Phone wasn't dropped, nor did it get wet. Any suggestions??
I'm having the same issue and I'm trying to figure out why it happened. I opened up my phone (not suggested if you want the waranty to still be good) and I did track it down to the earpeice but I don't understand why it happened. There are a lot of videos that will show you how to get to it but I'm still kinda leary that it isn't a software issue. Anyone heard of software issues doing this?
