Can't hear

I haven't dropped my phone and I haven't done anything new to it recently. I can't hear the other person on the line talking to me. I've tried the speaker phone and everything but I can't hear at all. Please help!!!

I have tried turning off my phone and also taking the battery out. It still didn't work

Apologies, but I have to ask. You have turned the volume up while on a phone call, correct?

I've had this happen a couple times, but a reboot has always fixed the issue.

Can you get the phone to make any noises at all?
