Can't open my Market Place App!

I have tried everything and can't seem to open my market place app.  Plus my phone freezes ALL THE TIME!  Please help!!  I can't wait until January to get my upgrade.  Bye Bye Incredible.  You were a good "starter" smartphone.

Try clear the cache or even the data for the Google Play Store app.  Settings > appplications > manage applications > all tab > scroll down to Play Store > select it and press the "clear cache" button.
