Hello... I just switched from the ENV Touch to the Droid 2. I have noticed that I can recieve photos on my new Droid, but every time I try to send a picture message, it comes up undeliverable. What gives? I have a text/pix/flix plan - Does this phone send in a format only recognized by other Droids or not recognized by other carriers? I used to be able to send just fine with my old phone...

Since you just switched, it may just be a temporary glitch and should fix by itself. If it does not then you can call customer care. You dont have data blocked on the phone right?
Thanks for replying... I do have the data set to on and an unlimited data plan. Also the 500 text/pix/flix package... still no dice.

After talking with Verizon tech support for 40 minutes I finally just looked it up on the web, I read it on another siite but it did work for me.
Turn on Airplane mode, leave it on for a couple of minutes, then turn Airplane Mode back off, then try to send your message...
I can't receive pics. checkd the download file and it is where it is supposed to be. I had to update handsent several times since had droid 2. Perhaps there is an issue. Had problems before. Just found a OS software update2.2.20 for phone just installed it. Previous poster recommended to try enabling airplane mode for 4 min and then switched off. I did. And no effect. No pics.
