When a text has an attachment there are options to download or decline the attachment. When I select "download" it appears to be downloading but when I go to the download folder there are no files posted. After that, I constantly receive a message telling me the download is going to expire. Any ideas???
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

im having the same issue could you help me? it says download or reject and i select download and never see the attachment.
Hi mizzrbl:
I can certainly help you find where these attachments are downloading. What icon are you currently clicking on in order to view the attachment? What type of attachment are you attempting to download. I assume a picture is the most common one, but there can be sounds, contact cards, etc.
If you know the name of the file, you can download a file management program from the Play Store (formerly Market). Just type "file manager" into the search field, and I'm sure you can find many to choose from. Once you install the file manager program, there is a search function located within the program. Search for the text attachment, and viola! You should then see it.
Let us know if these steps work for you.
Thanks,
