Cannot send/receive picture messages

I"m having this same issue with the HTC phone.  I can't send or recieve MMS messages and I was able to a couple of months ago.   I tried the sending one to my self, did not work.  what app is it that I can download to fix this?

You need to make sure your mobile data is enabled to be able to send MMS, and sometimes you have to turn off wifi.
