Cant play video or Mp3 ?

I have a very few downloaded mp3.s and the videos in the Guided tour area of my charge.....I cannot play any of these files...Usually says this video cannot be played....or Cannot play this file type for the MP3's.....( i checked....they ARE mp3.s ).....so do i have a virus? or what??

I also get that from time to time. A reboot does get it back up and running but this diffenitly needs looked into by VZW and Samsung since it is not normal.

Thank you for your feedback.  With smartphone devices a reboot is needed from time to time.  If it becomes excessively necessary at that point is where it is abnormal.  I will definitely lift the information to be investigated.  If both of you can PM me your mobile number, ESN/MEID, Software and Hardware versions which can all be found by navigating to Settings>About Phone>Status. Thank you for your assistance.
