Car Dock

Hey y'all, I'm waiting on my Droid X, but went ahead and purchased the car dock.

 

Anyone that has it, are you able to place your Droid in the dock with a cover on it?

I have an X and the dock as well.  There is an insert on the dock that is supposed to allow the use of a cover by removing it (see the enclosed instructions).  However, I have discovered that it does not work with all covers.  I purchased a clear, snap-on cover (from Verizon) that DOES NOT work.  I suggest you visit your local store (if possible) and check on the covers that you are interested in to see if they are comparable.  I am going to have to make a trip to find one myself.  Good luck.  :robotwink:
