Is anyone else using one?
I did and I hate it. I put it on just to see how it would fit, but when I tried to take it off... Seriously thought I was going to break the phone before I got that **bleep** thing off. I'm waiting to contact Verizon to see about returning it. Or exchanging it if anyone else has the case and doesn't have a problem getting it off. Maybe I got a defected one...

You have a bad case. Don't feel bad, I had one as well. The case fit very nicely, but when I had to remove it once it fit so tightly that the tabs on it broke. I took it into the corp store and they looked up my account and replaced it on the spot, even without my receipt or box. The new case pops off very easily. I couldn't believe it was the same brand or type of case when I tried it the first time. The kick-stand on my 1st case was also EXTREMELY hard to pop-out. I had to use the tip of my keys to get it to open.
After I exchanged it for a new case, I've had 0 issues so far. When you get your new case, ask the VZW employee to show you how to remove it as well. A properly fitting case will remove VERY easily when done the right way.

Lol, I was pretty annoyed with the case at first, but once I got my replacement it's been great. The kickstand functions better and if I need to take it off I don't have to use a kung fu grip to remove it.
