My droid recently started freaking out on me so I took it in to see what they could do in store and they issued a certified replacement. It all seemed fine until I noticed that when I had the phone on vibrate it never vibrated. I could live with the phone not vibrating.
Then on my first phone call longer than a couple minutes the phone stopped sending my voice making it seem like I have hung up on the other person. I would have to mess with the phone in order for it to work right again.
I've only had the replacement for a week. Has anyone had this issue??

Mine has been awesome, I loaded the 16 gig sd card and downloaded 922 pics and 5 cd's. SInce then, it's started playing one track of music then stop.....it's happened 3 times, otherwise fine.

have you tried a couple battery pulls? it is amazing what a couple of battery pulls will do.
if you have already did that, then it sounds like you got a bad Droid. it happens, just luck of the draw. i would exchange it.
