How do I cancel City ID? I no longer have the phone that it was installed on, but I am still being billed $1.99 for it. I want this off my bill.

Call CS at *611 and ask to have it removed.

Thanks for the assist rschnoor. A great app like City ID is SUPER useful in a varierty of ways. May I ask have you at least tried it harleykid64? If so and you still don't want to use this service then please advise. The steps on how to cancel is listed below:

1.  Launch CITY ID icon.
2.  Choose Subscription status.
3.  Select Unsubscribe.
4.  Press Yes to confirm unsubscribing from CITY ID.

Let me know if more assistance is needed.
