Cleaning the Display after an old Display Protector has been removed

Question

I removed the old display protector because it started to peal up.  After I removed the protector there is a fllm on the display that I am having trouble getting it off.  Is there a product I should be using.  I've tried a damp cloth as well as a little glass cleaner.

Please advise.
