So back in april I bought a droid and a friend of mine had already had his for quite some time. When I told him I had bought it he said he had a trick to make it run better, that should have been my first clue, but I reluctantly lent it to him.
Well, fast forward to December 2010 and I start having a massive amount of trouble with my phone. Dropped calls, Random resets, phone locking up, inability to answer calls, text messaging just locking down for 5 to 10 min at a time.
I finally find out he installed a 3rd part rom on it and when I asked if he could remove it he just said all he knew how to do was install a different one.
I am essentially done dealing with this idiot and am rather frustrated. Does anyone know how to reformat the device itself and remove whatever bogus kernel he put on my phone?
