I just wanted to let people know that I had great customer service from Douglas over the phone around 8PM pacific time.
I forgot my password and he asked me questions to verify that its me. He told me I could upgrade my phone, and I said it's ok because I don't want to lose my unlimited data plan. He was telling me that I use less than 2gbs, then I explained to him that my buttons on my phone are broken so I cant really surf the web on my phone. Once I get a new phone, I will use it more often.
Later, he told me something that I was just about to do yesterday. He told me without me even asking. That's what I like about customer service.
He wasn't trying to kick me off the unlimited data plan like all the in-store employees are trying to do. I'm keeping my unlimited data plan.
If Verizon somehow try to make us not have unlimited data plan anymore, all I have to say it, bye Verizon.
Well I guess you will be leaving verizon because you canNOT keep your unlimited data, unless you paid FULL RETAIL for the device.
