Connecting Droid to PC

Help on connecting my Droid.  Xp - Windows 7 and Vista all provide the message "windows does not recognize this device".  Any suggestions

Go to Motorola Droid Product Support and follow the link for USB and PC Charging Drivers. Installing the drivers may resolve your issue.
