I cannot add a Contact Quick Task widget for certain contacts on my phone. After selecting the contact, I will be taken to the screen I'm trying to add the widget on and it will just freeze until I hit the home key, in which it will just go to the home screen.
I've noticed this issue mostly with contacts that once had a quick task widget, but have been been deleted.
I've tried clearing Quick Task's data and forcing the application to close. Nothing has worked so far. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this issue?
Power the phone off then back on, then dial *228 send and option 1 on the device.
Possible issues could be application conflicts. The Launcher Pro Application sometimes conflicts with the Contact Quick Task Widget.
If you are using a Task Manager Application try removing the application, or changing its settings. Make sure that you have cleared the contact data on the widget.
As a last resort try removing the contact from the phone, then re-adding it, then try using the Contact Quick Task Widget for that contact..
