ever since the update my contacts are all screwed up some under diffrent
people and some not even there my Back up assistant says i have them synced
but none of them appere on my cell
and i have toggled the view under contacts but nothing not even
serching for them
???

I am glad to see you have taken advantage of the software update and its unfortunate you are now having trouble with your contacts. I would suggest completing a Master Reset: Menu>Settings>SD & Phone Storage>Factory Data Reset>Reset Phone>Erase everything. I am hopeful these steps will resolve your issue.
