Copy & paste, & Notification

Hello everyone!!

 

Does anybody know how to copy and paste on the Droid X? Or if there is a app to copy and paste? I use to have the storm and when I receive a email I was able to copy anything from email's to text messages. Also on the Droid X it gives you a option to put someone birthday but it doesn't notify you! Cpould someone help me this sitution??

There isnt very many options for this in the stock interface, you can copy complete messages by pressing on message and selecting copy message but I havent found a way to copy sections from a sentence yet.

Thank you for responding back to me, however I do know how to copy a text message. My question is when I receive a email how would I be able to copy that email message? I asked one of my friends that also has the Dorid X and he told me he doun loaded a app called documents to go but the full version is $ 15.00 that's a bit to much to pay for a app...

 

Notification:

 

What about notifications the droid x doesn't notify you when you apply someone's birthday when the day comes.

Copy & paste

Not really sure why you are wanting to copy a email but glad you figured out a solution....

 

Notification:

When you set up a birthday notice on the calendar did you make sure to check the box for a reminder and set when you want to be reminded? I have birthdays and paydays set with reminders and they go off just like a alarm on my device.
