Just got my Droid last week and have been fine. Corp. email stops pushing and alerts do not sound. I remove the battery and do a hard boot, and seeing to work then stops again. If I go into the email folder then it will communicate, but if I am not using the phone, the email does not come through. I have configured push option on and all setting per Verizon look good.
They say the next step it a crash and burn and start over. Any suggestions first?
